Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping (Egypt):
- Cairo & Giza: 1-3 business days
- Other Governorates: 3-7 business days
- Free shipping on orders over EGP 1,500
- Standard shipping: EGP 85-100 depending on location
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Fridays and public holidays)
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy:
- 14-day return window from delivery date
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging
- Fragrance seals must be intact
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used fragrances (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Return:
- Contact us at support@supremefragrance.com within 14 days
- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Ship item back in original packaging
- Refund processed within 7-10 business days after receipt
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
